To register and maintain an active ph544 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
ph544 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) account only on ph544. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods, or shared IP addresses — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate forfeiture of all account balances, permanent account closure, and reporting to PAGCOR.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph544 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. ph544 will never ask for your full password through any channel — email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to ph544 immediately.
ph544 employs mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification for all accounts. Before processing any withdrawal, ph544 requires the submission and approval of:
ph544 reserves the right to impose enhanced due diligence requirements in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations under Philippine law. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of a withdrawal request may have their accounts suspended until verification is completed.
Deposits. ph544 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Security Bank, and other payment methods listed on the ph544 cashier at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph544 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.
Deposits are credited to your ph544 wallet upon confirmation of receipt by ph544's payment processors. ph544 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers. ph544 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the cashier.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed on business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or Security Bank are typically completed within one (1) business day for requests submitted before 4:00 PM Philippine Standard Time.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. ph544 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the account ("return to source" policy) as a measure to prevent money laundering.
Transaction Fees. ph544 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees; ph544 is not responsible for any such fees.
ph544 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the ph544 promotions page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

ph544 is not responsible for telecommunications failures, internet outages, or server interruptions beyond our control that may disrupt gameplay. Where a definitive game outcome cannot be determined, ph544 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return all applicable wagers.
Sports betting markets are governed by the rules of the relevant sport and ph544's sports betting specific terms. ph544 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a market has been set up incorrectly, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected in connection with integrity concerns in the relevant sporting event.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph544 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ph544.vip solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph544 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of ph544.vip or any ph544 service, including but not limited to loss of gaming funds attributable to technical failures not caused by ph544's direct negligence, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ph544's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ph544 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph544 makes no warranty, express or implied, that ph544.vip will be available without interruption or error at all times. ph544 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate scheduled maintenance periods in advance where possible.
ph544 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any ph544 account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon permanent account closure, where no breach of these Terms has occurred, ph544 will process withdrawal of any remaining verified balance to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Where closure results from a breach, ph544 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to PAGCOR and Philippine authorities.
ph544 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the ph544 Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By registering an account, you consent to ph544's collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, and direct marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time).
The Privacy Policy is available at ph544.vip/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
ph544 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ph544 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, unless a shorter period is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of ph544.vip following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using ph544 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph544.vip shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to raise disputes directly with ph544's support team. ph544 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint informally within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. Players may also raise unresolved complaints with PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint channels.
ph544 specifically disclaims any application of the law of any jurisdiction other than the Philippines to any aspect of these Terms or to the ph544 gaming services.
